I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of your team for the works carried out at our site in Wallisdown, Bournemouth over the winter months of December 2015. 

To overlay existing roof, provide new roof lights and also to clean the valley gutter, fit cownpipes and repair lead flashing along the boundary wall, my hat goes off to yourself and staff as the weather did prove challenging and i felt extemely cold watching them. 

Your employees remained cheerful throughout and were very considerate to our customer vehicles coming into the yard and disrupting them from their main task, they were also very tidy. It was also very encouraging to see the company director on site and being just as much involved as his staff. 

We felt informed on a daily basis of any issues and also the progress of the roof, I would definitely recommend using you. 

Overall we are very impressed with the end result and could not be happier at the way the factory now looks. It has given the old building a new lease of life and looks much more presentable, the building is mich brighter inside and considerably warmer

The prospect of replacing the roof on our 70,000 ft2 Distribution Centre in Birmingham, keeping the business “live” while we did it, and actually starting the works in November, was admittedly a project that we thought would be something of a monumental challenge for anyone. 

Predictably, it rained, we had hailstorms, and it even snowed.  Matt and his team however worked relentlessly through the challenges of the British weather, and the job was completed on time. 

If I had to summarise the overall experience: Matt fully explained each step of the process from onset to conclusion, and was at my office door first thing every day to update on progress. The team worked relentlessly from dawn until dusk. The inevitable minor (and sometimes major) challenges that occur on a project of this size, were always dealt with openly, and honestly, and ultimately resolved. The job was completed on time. 

The warehouse has now been transformed in terms of natural light, and we don’t have leaks! If there was one phrase that I will remember from this project – “don’t worry David, it’s all in hand, and it will all be OK – trust me”. 

I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and the team, and I will be happy to speak with anyone who needs any re-assurances about either their work, or working with them.

I would just like to thank you for providing Nathan & Josh onto the job at Alliance Healthcare in Basingstoke. I was the site manager at the time, and I can only remember how great these two were to work with.

These guys, particularly Nathan, worked above and beyond his line of duties to ensure the client and myself were happy with the works provided.  I found that Nathan has a very good disposition with the staff at the site and was able to communicate effectively on all levels.  He was also great to get along with.

On this job, we managed to record live issues onsite, and Nathan has been extremely prompt to attend to these issues and resolve them to a high level of professionalism and performance. There were also issues with Pennywise roofing (corroded edges), which Nathan addressed immediately and rectified.

Josh was present at all meetings, and offered a great support to Nathan, in the event he was unavailable.

It’s this level of service that puts a site manager at ease, and I can’t fully describe how reassuring this was for me.
